The Core Components of the Subsidy Policy
Subsidy Ratio
A single consumer is eligible for a cumulative subsidy of up to 10,000 yuan, which covers 30% of the product’s actual selling price—defined as the price after all discounts and promotional offers have been excluded.
Subsidy Recipients
Eligible recipients are individual consumers who make purchases in Shenzhen under real-name registration and whose delivery addresses are located within the city. Consumer eligibility will be verified through the provincial qualification verification platform, “Yuehuanxin.”
Payment Method
Consumers must purchase subsidized products listed in the official “Brand Product List” and settle payments separately; these items cannot be combined with non-subsidized products in a single transaction. The invoice issued must bear the consumer’s full legal name and ID number.
Validity Period
The policy is valid from May 10, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Should the allocated funds be fully disbursed prior to the end date, the program will terminate early. Any unused subsidies or pending qualifications will no longer be valid upon termination.
